Kevin: On 3/29 I received a Public Notice for Communities of Penland. On the same
date I received from Soil & Environmental Consultants a letter dated 2/17/05
addressed to USACOE with 1 copy of IP Application. To date, DWQ has not received any
formal application or associated application fee.
