The subject application was received at the Mooresville Regional Office on September 10, 2020. Upon
review of the application, an additional information request was sent on September 11, 2020. Subsequent email
exchanges (attached) have not led to submittal of all of the required additional information. If the additional
information requested is not completed and received by the Mooresville Regional Office by February 25, 2021,
we will consider the application void and the check review fee will not be returned. If a new application will be
submitted after that date a new check will be required.
