Box 614 red 1 chi jttckson, T(I 27845 kaf� �Q ?piy (252) 534-3811 '.h R 0g1O/2a1 Office am sending this correspondence in reference to the Town ofJackson experiencing inflow exceeding it's permitted limits on the following dates: (with amounts) January 30111, 31', and February I' (792,600 gals each day avcraued out due to weekend) , February 2" (791,200 gals), 3` 1(416,200 gals), 4'1' (345,700 gals) and the 511' (359.800 gals). This event was due to 1.3" of rainfall preceded by 2.4 " days before and a wet winter ongoing. Freeboard this date is I'0" at the Town's WWTP Facility storage lagoon. The Town continues to address these issues caused by I & I issues and a wet period that has stretched form November I" to current date with total rainfall being 252 '• and more rain coming this weekend and next week.
