Hi Amy
The Scanlan shoreline doesn't have what we would call erosion. In the original picture you notice the lot has a
very slight slope. You could literally walk right into the water. Their whole property is this way. If I was to turn
180 degrees towards their house the rest of the property has rip rap stone laid up to what would be the 04'
elevation. The last 70' or so is what I have pictured and is what they want rock placed on to finish out their
property to match.
Davis- I sent Carissa new photos of this property where I stood right across from it. I will attach the pictures at
the bottom.
