to accept your application without this important first step. The Pre -Filing Meeting Request Form is used in accordance
with 40 C.F.R. Section 121.4(a) "At least 30 days prior to submitting a certification request, the project proponent shall
request a pre -filing meeting with the certifying agency" and in accordance with 40 C.F.R. Section 121.5(b)(7), and (c)(5)

In the area, we will be working at is a small fence and a walkway leading
down to the homeowner's dock. There are some surrounding trees and
small plants.

We will be grading out an area for a picnic table and fire pit pad and a
boulder wall (401f x 2vf). We will be installing 2 steel i-beams with cranks
to adjust the dock and a storage structure for boards and kayaks and
some plants in barrels and some locust fencing.

will also be some asphalt armoring where the driveway intersects with
Fenley Forest. Attached is a copy of the landscape plans.

We will be grading out an area for a picnic table and fire pit pad and
a boulder wall (401f x 2vf). We will be installing 2 steel i-beams with
cranks to adjust the dock and a storage structure for boards and
kayaks and some plants in barrels and some locust fencing. There
will also be some asphalt armoring where the driveway intersects with
Fenley Forest. Attached is a copy of the landscape plans.
