Dear Mr. Rosser:
On January 8, 2021, staff received a request from Pilot Environmental on your behalf to terminate the
required stream monitoring in accordance with Condition #6 in the approval letter issued by the Division
on April 8, 2016.
In accordance with Condition #6 in the Individual Certification #WQC004054, issued by the Division on
April 6, 2016., visual monitoring of the unnamed tributary at location IS8A has been conducted and
reports have been submitted to the Division. The reports indication that the unnamed tributary has
remained relatively stable since construction of the HAECO Facility Improvement projects, therefore no
further monitoring of this site is necessary.
