The following 70 West lots have permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion:
• River Lights Lots 343, 344, 360 - GP #14-17 Revision #30
• River Lights Lot 91— GP #28-15 Revision #56
No additional self -monitoring or self -inspections are required for the above mentioned lots. Permits on
these lots are closed and projects released. Termination of coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater
Permit for Construction Activities should be requested by the permittee via a Notice of Termination, found
on the NC DEQ website.
