This inspection was conducted as a Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI) to insure compliance with permit requirements and conditions. Please note that during the file review it was noted that Annual Permit Fees are outstanding for 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. Site review was conducted and phone interview with system operator, Mr.Tim Barbee, was performed. Treatment system has been in operation since November 2014 and solids were reported removed from septic tank in 2019. Required sampling is performed during months of December or January of each year. Discharge is into a dry ditch that flows down gradient to an unnamed tributary of Reedy Creek. Treatment unit was not discharging at time of site visit. The receiving stream was not accessable near point of discharge. Reedy Creek was reviewed at point where Reedy Creek passes under Rocky River Road. This point was too far downstream to determin if discharge is having an impact on receiving waters. Sampling is conducted yearly during the months of December or January.
