Items needed to complete lab inspection:
1) Change River Runner Daily Log Sheet Heading to: Collection/Analysis Time
Heading changed on sheets 1/20/2012.
2) Change River Runner Daily Log Sheet by adding mmhos/cm for conductivity avg.
Heading changed on sheets 1/20/2012.
3) Date when pippetors were calibrated.
Calibrations done 1/4/2012.
4) pH QC calibration check issue.
Check standard changed to 8 for the 4 to 7 calibration from 10, and 6 for the 7 to 10 calibration
from 4. Six and 8 buffers received and change to be implemented 2/1/2012. In the future if check
standard is not acceptable, we will take corrective action and if still out of range, flag the data on
the DMR.
5) Submit change to remove ammonia from certification list.
Amendment to Environmental Laboratory Certification submitted 1/30/2012.
6) Submit date when we started averaging Secondary Effluent Color test results.
Test results are averaged starting 1/1/2012.We want to work with DWQ on a method to address
turbidity interference with the true color test that meets sample disqualification criteria.
