Whitehead, Jason Chastain, and Nick Adams were present during the inspection. The following are items that require
attention:
~ Station 188+00 L (Site 15) - Stabilize around inlet of temporary pipe.
~ Station 179+50 L (Blair Creek Site 14)- Temporary ground cover needed.
~ Station 118+00 L (Site 8) - Repair rill on slope and address silt fence outlet above JS.
~ Station 69+00 L - Sediment observed in JS - Removed on 2/8; Need additional erosion control in ditch line above JS.
