Site Inspection
Preventative Maintenance/Good Housekeeping
Implement procedures to prevent non-stormwater discharges. This may include assigning staff
to major staging areas to ensure housekeeping procedures are routinely assessed and
remedied.
Non-Stormwater Discharges
• Implement procedures, BMPs, or structural changes to prevent truck wash wastewater from
discharging into the stormwater system.
• Implement procedures, BMPs, or structural changes to prevent excess sediment in all areas
on site from discharging into the stormwater system.
It is recommended that Hugh Medford Municipal Operations Center take appropriate actions to correct
the noted deficiencies. If you have any questions concerning this inspection, please contact me at 336-

Sincerely,
