Input data for these calculations has been taken from the North Cazolina. Erosion and Sediment
Control Planning and Design Manual and that topographic map, Drawing No. , by Randy A. Carpenter,
PLS, originally submitted with this plan. The project site is located off of US Highway 19 neaz the
Sprucepine area. The numbering of ditches, runoff coefficieirts and area acreage for each channel are
inculded. All times of conceirtration were found to be less than 5 minutes. Slopes taken from expected
road finish grades (may vary).
