Horton 4008 Mendenhall Oaks Pkwy, Suite 101 High Point, NC 27265- Subject: The Cove at Mackintosh - Phase 1A Bonnar Bridge Pkwy Guilford Tax Map: Land Disturbing Permit Number: 621 Dear Ms. Jessica Meyer: On January 26, 2021, personnel of this office inspected the above referenced project located off Bonnar Bridge Pkwy in Alamance County, North Carolina. This inspection was performed to determine compliance with the City of Burlington Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Ordinance. The inspection involved a land -disturbing activity of approximately 6 acres being conducted. It is our understanding that you and/or your firm are responsible for this land -disturbing activity. The purpose of this letter is to inform you that per City of Burlington Code of Ordinances Section 32-6.f your approval issued 02/23/2018 is closed due to expiration or permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established. No additional self -monitoring or self -inspections are required and the project is being released from further erosion control inspection requirements. Please note that any future land disturbing activity on the subject parcel will require submission of a new plan and permit issuance prior to commencement of the land disturbing activity.
