Dear Ms. Williams:
The Washington Regional Office received your CAMA Major Development Permit application dated January 19, 2012. The impacts
proposed are for installation of low pressure 8 inch sewer collection line and associated grinder pump, lift stations, and collection lines
to discharge to the Town of Winton's Wastewater Treatment Plant as described in your application and shown on plan sets. Please be
advised that this certification does not authorize any open cuts through streams, wetlands, or riparian buffers for the subject project
and is to be constructed as described in your application. A copy of this Certification in enclosed for your convenience. You are
authorized to proceed with your project as proposed under General Water Quality Certification (WQC) #3642 (enclosed). This
Certification(s) allows you to use General Permit(s) 198000291 when issued by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). Written
concurrence from the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) is not required provided that you can meet all of the conditions of the General
Water Quality Certification.
If at anytime during construction of your project you determine that you cannot meet these conditions or if there are any impacts to
riparian buffer, wetlands, or water quality not described in your application, you must contact this Office immediately. If you
