Enclosed are two revised sets of plans and calculations based on the following information: 1. We have added a unit footprint to the plans. It appears that the 18 sf front porch was not included in the building area on the original submittal. Also the 8x 12 concrete patios were not included in the sidewalk totals. The amounts of impervious areas have been revised and the pond has been resized accordingly. 2. Thank you for this information. 3. We have labeled the elevation of the emergency spillway as well as added additional pond dimensions. 4. We have delineated the drainage area and shown this in the legend. We have also revised the drainage area to allow for runoff from the patios in the rear of the buildings to drain to the pond. Should you require any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact either Alan Lewis or myself at our office. Sincerely, 421 David B. Bowman, P.E. A preliminary review of that information has determined that the application is not complete. The following information is needed to continue the stormwater review: i 1. Please provide a unit footprint with dimensions, and show all wood decking and concrete areas. My calculation of the buildings is higher than yours. Please also dimension the sidewalk. Again, my calculation of the amount of sidewalk is higher than yours. 2. Please note that if items on the checklist are not applicable, do not leave them blank -mark them as NIA. Since our terrain is relatively flat, the required emergency drain is accepted to be a portable pump. As long as the property remains in the ownership of the permittee, the requirement to provide a recorded drainage easements can be waived. At the time the property changes hands, an easement must be granted to the party responsible for maintenance. The 30' vegetated filter is not required for ponds which are sized using the 90% TSS chart. 3. Please label the elevations on the pond detail. You have shown dimensions for a line that is not labelled with the elevation. Since the figure is a unique shape, please also show the overall length and width at both ends. 4. Please delineate the 1.3 acre drainage area to the pond.
