Zak,
There is no final inspection from the stormwater group. The submitted designer's certification is the indicator that the
stormwater group relies on to ensure that it was built according to the approved plans. If there are any noted deviations
from the approved plans, then a revision or modification may be necessary. If you happen to do an as built survey, we'd
love to get a copy of those too though it is not required.
Erosion control may have a final inspection to close out their permit once everything is stabilized, but Carol with the
Land Quality group will know that better than I do.

We have a contractor wrapping up construction on a wet -pond that you permitted for us about a year ago (permit
attached). The pond is stabilized and has had the final clean up done to it. Does someone from DENR need to come out
and do a final inspection on the pond? If so would you mind sending me their contact info so we can get them
scheduled? .
