I talked with our admin, Jo, and confirmed that we can take 1 check for multiple renewal applications submitted at the
same time.
As requested, a list of stormwater permits for Camp Lejeune is attached. I did scroll through the list and saw that SW8
030406 is showing as expired. That is an error in the database. The permit was extended through the Governor's
Extension Acts and the new expiration date is June 26, 2017. We have corrected the database so any future reports
should show the correct date for SW8 030406.

On April 11, 2013, the Wilmington Regional Office received a plan revision for Stormwater
Management Permit Number SW8 030406. The revisions include rearranging the parking
layout with no resultant increase in BUA. The existing (sf) impervious area and the proposed
impervious area total 151,442 square feet leaving 64,288 sf impervious surfaces available for
future use. It has been determined that a formal permit modification is not required for the
proposed changes. We are forwarding you an approved copy of the revised plans for your files.
Please retain sheet C3 of the original plan set (pond detail sheet) and replace the other
approved plan sheets with the new enclosed plan sheets.
Please be aware that all terms and conditions of the permit issued on June 26, 2003, remain
in full force and effect. Please also understand that the approval of this revision to the
approved plans for the subject State Stormwater Permit is done on a case -by -case basis.
Any other changes to this project must be submitted to and approved through the Division of
Water Quality prior to construction. The issuance of this plan revision does not preclude the
permittee from complying with all other applicable statutes, rules, regulations or ordinances
which may have jurisdiction over the proposed activity, and obtaining a permit or approval
prior to construction.

Stormwater Management Narrative

(Plan Revision March 26, 2013, SW8 030406)
The original project was permitted in 2003 and called for the construction of 5,750 SF of
sidewalks and 209,980 SF of new pavement for a total of 215,730 SF of impervious area.
A wet pond was designed and has been constructed to treat all of the runoff as planned.
With the impermeable area that has been constructed and that impermeable area proposed
by this project, the total impervious area will be 151,442 SF. This new total leaves a
balance of 64,288 SF of impervious area that was previously permitted but yet to be
constructed.
The impervious area proposed by this plan modification consists of 14,829 SF of
impervious parking located differently than originally shown and a temporary office
trailer. Both of these impervious areas will drain to the existing wet pond.
