Stormwater Narrative
Dollar General — Bell Street

The proposed site for Dollar General Bell Street is 1.50 acres and is an existing vacant car
lot. A proposed building of 12,685 sf, 26,011 sf of asphalt parking and 2,072 sf of
concrete sidewalk are proposed. The site meets high density requirements.
Runoff will be treated by wet detention. The system will treat the total 1.50 acres with
40,768 sf of impervious area. The system is sized to meet the State's 1" and the City's
pre -post requirement. Runoff from the site will drain to a tributary of the Cape Fear
River, classification C-SW.
