I noticed two large piles of dirt beside the pond. Every time it rains sediment flows off these piles and into the pond. These piles need to be removed ASAP before they cause problems to the pond system, and increase the turbidity of the pond. The system does not appear to be drawing down the design storage volume to the proposed bottom elevation under seasonal high water conditions within five days. To bring the system back into compliance this draw down issue needs to be addressed. (b) This office has not received a certification from an appropriate designer for the system installed certifying that the permitted facility has been installed in accordance with this permit, the approved plans and specifications, and other supporting documentation. Any deviations from the approved plans and specifications must be noted on the Certification. To bring the system back into compliance a certification of the system from an appropriate designer must be submitted to this office.
