This correspondence is in reference to the Marston property of the Neu -Con Umbrella
Mitigation Bank located on the north side on NC 41, approximately twelve miles west of
Trenton, in Jones County, North Carolina. The purpose of this letter is to confirm the status of
mitigation credits available from this site.
Inspection of the subject site by the Interagency Review Team (IRT) revealed that the success
criteria have been met and the restoration work you have undertaken on the Marston property is
considered successful. Accordingly, no additional monitoring is necessary at this time.
By copy of this correspondence, we confirm that you have satisfied the requirements set forth
in the site specific mitigation plan for the Marston property and the following table reflects the
credits generated by this site. Accordingly, 100% of the Bank's total credits are now available
for sale.
