Attached is a shoreline stabilization application for Duke Energy s Lake Norman Mosquito Control
Facility near Marshall Steam Station in Catawba County The project is less than one acre in size to
stabilize a small section of shoreline 60 ft long using Class B rip rap The rip rap will be hand placed to

Certification to impact FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission) regulated lake shore or
bottom under the U.S Army Corps of Engineers Permit GP30 This Application cannot be used
