The land is zoning RA-30 within the Cape Fear River Basin. The project include streams, wetlands, and ponds and is bordered to the west by Neill's Creek. The project is seeking a NWP 30 to impact wetlands in order for road access from road frontage along NC Highway 210 North. A PJD is being submitted with the 401/404 ePCN. Draft impact calculations have been performed and currently estimate permanent wetland impacts for a road crossing and sewer tie-in to be 0.255-ac and temporary wetland impacts for construction access to be 0.017-ac. These impact calculations may change slightly during final project development.
