Corp closing that or is it being transferred to Mungo?

Okay that was quicker than I thought.
The Phase 3 Lots are developed( clearing,grading,water, sewer, roads, recorded plat, etc.) and have been sold Mungo
Homes/one of there LLC's. They are not yet built on, but I feel that they will be starting soon.
Phase 4 through 8 are being developed in Phases. At the current time it's mostly clearing and grading work that is being
done.There development permits are being updated.That property has also been sold to one of Mungo's LLC's.
Dominion Land Corp. will be doing NO additional building or development work on the Parson's Mill Property.

already or not. Are the lots in Phase 3 and Phases 4-8 still undeveloped?
Also, does this sale mean Dominion Land Corporation won't be engaging in any construction activity on these sites going
forward?
