A preliminary in-depth review of that information has determined that the application is not complete and that additional information is needed. To continue the review, please provide the following additional information: 1. 15A NCAC 02H.1040(1): The current permit holder's company name/organization is listed in Section B.1 of the Permit Renewal Application as Centex Real Estate Corporation. The current permit holder, however, is Pulte Home Company, LLC. Please update Section B.2. of the application to reflect the current permit holder. 2. 15A NCAC 02H.1040(1)(a): Documentation supporting the position of the signing official was not provided. Please provide official documentation supporting the title of the person who signed the renewal application. In the case of a limited liability corporation (LLC), the application must be signed by a manager or company official as defined in GS 57D. The signature by other agents shall be accepted on the application only if accompanied by a letter of authorization signed by the appropriate authority. Please remember to confirm that any revised information is presented consistently throughout the application documents including calculations, supplements, narrative, and plans. Please also remember to provide two hard copies of any updated documents per 15A NCAC 02H.1042(2). The requested information should be received in this Office by February 5, 2020, or the application will be returned as incomplete. If the project is returned and you wish to re -submit later, you will need to resubmit all required items at that time, including the application fee. If additional time is needed to submit the requested information please e-mail, mail, or fax your extension request, prior to the original due date, to the Division using the contact information available in this letter. The extension request must include a justification and a date of when the requested information will be submitted to the Division. Please remember that extension requests delay the issuance of the final permit. The Division is allowed 90 days from the receipt of a complete application to issue the permit. The construction of any impervious surfaces, other than a construction entrance under an approved Sedimentation Erosion Control Plan, is a violation of NCGS 143-215.1 and is subject to enforcement action pursuant to NCGS 143-215.6A. Please reference the State assigned application number on all correspondence. As used in these resolutions: "signing power" means the power and authority to execute and deliver an agreement, instrument or other document. "General Signing Power" means signing power relating to the ordinary course of business of PULTE HOME COMPANY, LLC (the "Company") generally, without restriction to a particular Division or project, both in the Company's own capacity and in any instances where it is the managing partner or managing member of a joint venture (the "Partnership'). "Division Specific Signing Power" means signing power relating only to the ordinary course of business of a Division over which the officer, manager, or employee in question has management responsibility, both in the Company's own capacity and as managing partner or managing member of the Partnership. B. PURPOSE. The purpose of these resolutions is to establish the signing power of certain employees of the Company, both in the Company's own capacity and as managing partner or managing member of the Partnership. I, Chadrick Plunkett, in my capacity as the Southeast Area Vice President of Finance of the Company, hereby designate Alex Guilford, Division Sales Consultant of the Coastal Carolinas Division, to act in the capacity of a Closing/Homebuyer Coordinator so as to execute any contracts for the sale of residential homes or lots or consumers and any deeds of conveyance and all other documents that are relevant or incident to the sale and closing of residential homes or lots to consumers, including any mortgage related documents, such as buydown agreements or other relevant documents on behalf of the Coastal Carolinas Division of the Company.
