On January 28, 2008, the Division of Water Quality received your Notice of tntent (NO])
requesting coverage under general stormwater permit NCG020000. The Division requested
additional information verbally by phone and in an e-mail to your consultant, Mr. Joseph Ross,
Jr., on February 11, 2008. Per his request, we then extended the response date to April 24, 2008,
and subsequently to June 30, 2008, To date, we have not received any of that information.
Therefore, we must return your application as incomplete at this time. Your NOI application
package is being returned to you with this letter.
The return of this application does not affect the legal requirements to obtain other
permits which may be required by the Division of Water Quality or permits required by the
Division of Land Resources, Coastal Area Management Act (CAMA), or any other federal or
local governmental permit or approval that may be required. Ifyou have any questions
