(GEOS) submits the attached stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the referenced facility. The original and one copy of the DMR are attached. Unfortunately, due to an oversight, stormwater samples were not collected during the January -June 2020 sampling period. In an effort to correct this oversight, Old Dominion will collect samples twice during the July -December 2020 sampling period. The first sampling event will be performed as early as possible during the period. The second sampling event will be performed during the period October -December 2020.
