Dear Stormwater Coordinator:
On behalf of Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc., GEOS Environmental, Inc. (GEOS) submits the attached
stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the referenced facility. The original and one copy of
the DMR are attached. Also attached is a copy of the laboratory analytical report.
Stormwater samples were collected on August 11, 2020. All constituents were below their respective
benchmark concentrations. However, due to an oversight, pH readings were not taken on the stormwater
samples collected. Another round of stormwater sampling is scheduled to be conducted during the July -
December 2020 sampling period (during the fourth quarter 2020) and pH readings will be taken at that
time.
