S&EC did a JD with Thomas few years ago (I sent you part of this last fall), owner has no paperwork from COE.. I went ahead and started from scratch for a preliminary JD. Very little has changed since S&EC met out there with Thomas. I attached S&EC original map and letter. > I know you are swamped with work. > thanks > Wyatt > Wyatt Brown, LSS, CPESC > Brown's Environmental Group, Inc > 919-524-5956 <tel:(919)%20524-5956> > Wyatt Brown, LSS, CPESC > Brown's Environmental Group, Inc > 919-524-5956 Adventure Development North Final Wetland Stream Map Mani .y Channel is 70 9 aters of US i s J-R RD u Wetland B UIUVVII J CIIVIIUIIIIICIILdI VIUU 5 II IL. * * * DISCLAIMER * * * Johnston County assumes no legal responsibility for the information represented here. On September 25, 2019, a US Army Corps of Engineers representative conducted a site visit with you and confirmed the location and extent of aquatic resources within your identified review area. On December 20, 2019, we received the attached updated map. This map, and the previously submitted wetland determination data forms, and delineation report, will be used to finalize this jurisdictional determination.
