Attached is a signed copy of the Discharge Monitoring Report form for the reporting Period 2 of 2020 for storm water outfalls 2, 3, and 5. All samples were within parameter limits for COD and TSS, except SDO-5 was a little elevated for TSS. Repair work on the silt fences in the channel up gradient of SDO-5 have begun. All samples for this event were over the parameter for fecal coliform. During an inspection of the drainage areas, there appeared to be no noticeable explanations as to why these samples were elevated. The majority of the drainage area for these three outfalls is the old landfill that is awaiting closure and has been covered with 12 inches of soil. It is assumed this fecal source is not coming from waste, but possibly from wildlife around the facility. However, these outfalls will continue to be inspected for signs that may cause the sampling parameters to be elevated. The remaining outfalls had no flow during this event and will be collected as soon as flow is observed.
