I contacted Seth Stewart again today to confirm that this facility is still not existing on site. He has been directed to
contact me once it is, so I can conduct the NOI visit. He predicts that the facility will be in place between March and
April.
It is the recommendation of this office that this NOI remain "In Review" until the facility has been assembled and a
complete NOI visit has been done.
