IOW Q has determined through correspondence with the Division of Coastal Management (DCM) that the project was permitted through the DCM General Permit Process and the Neuse River Riparian Buffer impacts were approved through the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between DWQ and DCM. Therefore, we are returning your application package and withdrawing your request. Please continue to follow the conditions of the GP and the Buffer Authorization for Piers & Docks (enclosed).
