The white square on the map indicates the replacement culvert that we installed due to the fact that the existing concrete culvert had been damaged. Approximately 15 feet of the concrete culvert was crushed and had to be removed from the site. The remainder of the concrete culvert is still on the site due to the fact that a member of the church has requested to have the pipe. The white line on the map indicates a culvert pipe that was installed along with a concrete transfer box. The pipe and box connect to the state culvert that runs underneath Mauney Cove Road. Previously, the state culvert drained directly onto our property. We desire to be in compliance with all agencies. We will do our best to fulfill all requests pertaining to this project. We request permit(s) for the two pipes that have been installed. Also, we desire permit(s) to finish filling and spreading our site with dirt. At this particular time, we have decided not to ask for any new pipe permits. We do not want to put any more pipes into the creek at this time. Our desire is to get our site cleaned and prepped as soon as possible. Our plan is to finish filling in with dirt and then sow it in grass. We are eager to complete the landscaping and have our property looking its best. Thank you for your courtesy and willingness to work with us. Sincerel , ,`/7~ Timo y L.
