Parsons, Registered Agent 1151 US Highway 17 South Elizabeth City, NC 27909 Subject.- 401 Water Quality Certification Inspection Queenswood Subdivision DWQ Project # 2007 -0462 Halls Creek [ PAS52, 30 -5 -3, C, Sw] Dear Mr. Parsons: Dee Freeman Secretary On February 2, 2012, Anthony Scarbraugh of the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) inspected a proposed installation of culvert and associated rip -rap at an outlet for scour protection at the subject site located immediately east of the intersection of SR 1139 (Body Road) and SR 1139 (Blount Road) in Elizabeth City, Pasquotank County. This project was inspected for compliance with the General Water Quality Certification (GC) # 3494 issued on March 20, 2007 for impacts associated with installation of culvert and associated rip -rap at the outlet for scour protection at the subject location. The GC approved impacts of 78 linear feet of stream to complete your project as described in your application received by DWQ on March 14, 2007. The inspection revealed that the project has been completed. Impacts did not exceed beyond the footprint of those approved. The inspection revealed that the inspected portion of this project is currently compliant with the GC #3494. As a reminder, if you change your project you must notify us and you may be required to send us a new application. If the property is sold, the new owner must be given a copy of the Certification and approval letter and is thereby responsible for complying with all conditions.
