On February 9 2012 I inspected the construction work on NC Highway 28 in Macon County Construction
continues along most of the project with grading and pipe installation underway
Please ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are maintained and that seeding and mulching are
performed as needed to protect downstream waters A copy of the inspection report is attached to this letter
