may be waived. The solvent management plan Shall include a list of the total toxic organic compounds used and the other elements listed in the General
Permit. For those facilities electing to employ the TTO monitoring waiver,the discharger shall sign the following certification statement:
"Based upon my inquiry of the person or persons directly responsible for managing compliance with the permit monitoring requirement for total toxic organics
(TTO),I certify that to the best of my knowledge and belief,no dumping of concentrated toxic organics Into the stormwater or areas which are exposed to rainfall or
stormwater runoff has occurred since filing the last discharge monitoring report. I further certify that this facility is implementing the all the provisions of the

may be waived. The solvent management plan shall include a list of the total toxic organic compounds used and the other elements listed in the General
Permit. For those facilities electing to employ the TTO monitoring waiver,the discharger shall sign the following certification statement:

Attached is our semi-annual July thru December 2020 storm water monitoring report
for Current Lighting Solutions, LLC (formerly GE Lighting.)
Current Lighting Solutions, LLC has documented .21" as the total event
precipitation for the sampling date of 11-10-2020. Please note that
www.accuweather.com lists the precipitation total for 11-10-2020 as .09" for the
rain event. Accuweather's measured rain event is NOT consistent with the rain
gage that is located on the Current Lighting Solutions, LCC property. Our facility
rain gage was .21". All sample results are below the benchmark limit for the
facility.
The five representative outfalls that were sampled are DA- 001, 002, 003, 004, and
011.

Non-Storm Water Discharges
The discharge covered by the storm water permit has been tested or evaluated for the
presence of non-storm water discharges and, if applicable, all non-storm water
discharges from these outfalls are identified in the plan.
The following is a description for the method used, the dates of any testing, and the on-
site drainage points that were directly observed during the test:
Site EHS Engineer conducted a property wide visual inspection of all storm water basins,
culverts, outfalls, impervious surfaces, yards &grounds.
Findings of Non-Storm Water Discharge Evaluation conducted on 11/06/20:
1. No non-storm water discharge has occurred during the period between July 1, 2020
and November 6, 2020.
2. All outfalls inspected for signs of non-storm water discharge on 11/6/2020.
Inspection consisted of visual observation of all storm water drains, basins, and culverts
for each outfall. Work was conducted by grounds crew to clean out the Fall leaves in
the edge of the basins prior to sampling. Work was completed on 11/7/20.
Findings of Non-Storm Water Discharge Sampling conducted on 11/10/2020:
1. Outfalls, DA-001, DA-002, DA-004, and DA-011 were sampled on 11/10/2020 and
no detections were above our benchmark limit. There is no non-storm water
discharge above our facilities permitted limit as sampled and reported to the
DWQ on 12/2/2020.
2. Two detections of TTO's (.000059 mg/L of Endosulfan 1 in DA-004 and .0030
mg/L of Chlorobenzene in DA-001) during this sampling and were below our
permitted benchmark.
