The above attendees met on September 14 2011 to review and discuss proposed changes to the
previously recommended Detail Study Alternatives (Concurrence Point 2) and selected Least
Environmentally Damaging Practicable Alternative (Concurrence Point 3) presented in the final
environmental document for the project
The NCDOT proceeded in December 2010 with advertising R 2507A as a design build project The
project design build teams were short listed in February 2011 and price proposal for constructing the
project were opened on July 22, 2011 The E V Williams Design Build Team won the project The
