DWQ received a courtesy copy PCN for the above referenced project You signed on page 10 of 10 however there is no
authorization letter from the applicant Please supply that document On page 1 of 1 the PCN shows Brunswick County
as the easement owner however on page 2 of 10 it shows East Coast Engineering & Surveying Please clarify which is
the correct owner for DWQ database entry
