Mark,
I am reviewing the DCM application for the boatramp. The drawings show that you are proposing to place the water,
sewer lines and a SS pump station in wetlands(as shown on CS). You will need to provide us documentation as to why

you must place these lines in wetlands (purpose and need). I do not see why you can't move /shift them so they are in
high ground under the proposed walkway.
If you must place them in the wetlands can you use directional bores? If not then you need to show on the plans the
amount of impact (albeit temporary except for the pump station which will be permanent).
In your project description it discusses for Phase IV the replacement of the timber boardwalk and a new connector
section. These are not being permitted as a part of this application is that correct?
If you have any questions, please call me 796.7306. Dave Timpy and I would be glad to meet with you to try to get this
resolved so we can issue the permit.
