It contained the wrong contact for Franklin County. Aside from the wrong contact, nothing else in the permit was changed. I have attached the revised permit. Staff review of the plans and specifications has determined that the project, as proposed, will comply with the Stormwater Regulations set forth in Title 15A NCAC 21-1.1000 - 1062 rules. We are forwarding Permit No. SW5200602, dated November 24, 2020, for the construction, operation and maintenance of the subject project and the stormwater system. This permit shall be effective from the date of issuance and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein, and does not supersede any other agency permit that may be required. The original signed permit package and approved plans are being mailed to Chris Wright at the following address (NOTE: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the mailing of the hard copy of the permit will be delayed slightly. It should be mailed out in a week or so): Wake Electric Membership Corporation 228 Park Avenue Youngsville, NC 27596 This project will be kept on file after 30 days at the Raleigh Regional Office.
