So sorry for this mistake and sorry for the delay in responding to your email I had the proposed buffer impacts
calculated but must have gotten distracted and when I came back to finish the PCN I forgot to fill in the table
Please see attached completed PCN form If you could print this update and exchange front and back pages 5 &
6 of 9 within the copies you have that would be great Otherwise let me know if I need to re submit 5 new sets
of this completed PCN

I got the PCN for SR 1523 in Granville County
It says it is for a NW 14 plus TarPam Buffer authorization The letter on front says there will be permanent
buffer impacts
In the buffer portion of the application section 61 says expanding roadway will involve impacts to buffers
However the Buffer Table is left completely blank ??
