Scott,
On September 29, 2011 you submitted a PCN application for 404 wetland impacts. Subsequently the USACE determined
that this wetland is isolated or non -404. Therefore, on December 8, 2011 DWQ confirmed the boundaries of the
isolates /non -404 wetland. During the site inspection it was determined that the wetland was less than 0.10 acre. Since
you will be impacted less than 0.10 acre of isolated /non -404 wetland, this does not require written notification. On
December 8, 2011, DWQ withdrew this application based on lack of need to require DWQ written notification.
