On February 7 2012 The Catena Group Inc (Catena) received a letter notifying us that the application
for DWQ Project #12 0100 was incomplete A request was made for the higher permit fee of $570 not
the $240 provided
Catena (Kate Montieth) spoke with Ian McMillan that afternoon The project will include 500 feet stream
bank stabilization via bank grading that will not impact the waterway The only impact will be from
installation of a rock bolder vane (7 feet long by 4 feet tall by 4 feet wide) to help protect and stabilize the
newly graded bank As the only impact to the stream is the rock boulder vane as confirmed by Mr
McMillan the $240 fee is appropriate
