2 Please provide a clear depiction of the stormwater drainage system on this site showing and
labeling all inlets outlets and stormwater conveyances (calling out pipe sizes) on a full sized plan
sheet Please provide information about elevations of pipe inverts to clarify the direction of water
and to show that proper pipe clearance has been provided
3 Please provide a soils report that documents the level of the seasonal high water table within the
footprints of the bloretention cell and the detention structure
4 Please specify that the forebay should be lined with an impermeable (rather than permeable) filter
fabric to avoid short circuiting the bloretentlon cell and disturbing the contaminated groundwater
5 Please specify that the sod should be washed if it has been grown in clayey soil to reduce the risk
of clogging in the bloretentlon cell
6 Please provide watering specifications to establish the sod
