I have looked over the plans for this project and they have done a good lob of maintaining sheet flow to the maximum
extent practical There are a few areas where very steep fill slopes meet very steep existing grade and inadvertently a
ditch is created But in those locations the drainage areas look to be very small and it is very steep at the discharge
points so it would be difficult to install a level spreader I am OK with issuing it as is
