In response to the Public Notice comments, NCGC is in the process of conducting a study to receive a FEMA no -rise verification. We anticipate completion of this study within six weeks. Per our conversation on Tuesday February 7, 2012, if supplemental materials are returned to DWQ within this timeframe, repayment of the permit fee will be waived. We appreciate your help on this issue. Please let us know if anything else is required.
