met at the site to discuss the project Given the waters proposed for impact and size of impacts multiple
issues were discussed and options provided (Nationwide vs Individual Permit reduction in impacts etc) as to
how you may want to proceed with the project This will need to be clarified prior to moving forward with the
review and processing the application It was also staff s understanding that you would also be evaluating the
best way to proceed
Until further clarification and information please be advised that this project will be placed on hold
pursuant to 15A NCAC 2H 0507(h) In addition this office is requesting that the Army Corps of Engineers
place a hold on processing the application
