RE U 4751 & R 3300 CP3 Informational Mtg Minutes
While reviewing the preliminary DEIS, our Office of Counsel was approached about the level of
service not changing from the F They supported the Dept
using other measurements to show an improvement to level of service than going from an F to
an E or better, hence the table showing improved waiting times

Liz I am not sure that I made myself very clear at the meeting regarding municipal water
supply impacts I could not find another example of a highway project sponsor impacting
existing municipal wells I also could not find a highway project where planned wells for
future municipal water supply wells were also going to be potentially impacted

Also, Mr McClendon made a comment regarding he and Mr Shaver s checking with USACE s legal
counsel on the purpose and need and the Good F issue (LOS going from currentiF to future
Good F) I acknowledged that this issue has come up on previous Merger projects I did not
see those comments in the minutes but I could have missed it Thanks
