The purpose of the project is to develop the property into a
residential development. The proposed impacts to the waters of the
U.S. are required for one road crossing.
The impacts consist on 0.9 acre of open water impact, 0.04 acre of
wetland impacts, and 18 If of seasonal stream impacts.
The permit drawings are attached.
