Please give a brief project description below.
Twin Oaks is a Mobile Home S/D that has been in development for
many years. This should be the last phase of the S/D.
There are 2 necessary wetland impacts from construction of the dry
pond BMP and a required stub out by the Town of Smithfield.
There was a permitted wetland impact in 2003 for 0.33 acres, I have
attached the 404 but the owner did not locate the 401. Mitigation will
be necessary for the new impacts.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
