referenced project The DWQ has determined that your application was incomplete and/or provided
inaccurate information as discussed below
Additional Information Requested
® A review of the application for a NW 12 and the corresponding General Certification
(GC3819) indicates that Activities that are located within river basins with Riparian Area
Protection Rules (Buffer Rules) require written approval (& fee) Also in accordance with
North Carolina General Statute Section 143 215 3D(e) any requirement for written approval
for a 401 Water Quality Certification must include the appropriate fee Based on the noted
wetland impacts DWQ will require a permitting fee of $240

PCN application and is not valid without an authorization letter from the owner The
